All items will be shipped by TPG-post within 3 working days after the invoice payment is received on the bank account.
If delivery time of items is more than 3 days, Ollie & Bommel will notice the customer by email. The maximum delivery date is 30 days.
If Ollie & Bommel cannot deliver within this period, the customer can cancel the order without incurring costs.
If any items are out of stock the customer will be notified by email. The customer can cancel the order or order another item instead.
All sales actions are valid until the mentioned date, but can be ended sooner by Ollie & Bommel. An offer is valid until the item is out
of stock.
Complaints and returns policy
After the customer receives the ordered items, (s)he can decide to return it within 7 working days after the shipping date. This is only possible
when Ollie & Bommel receive an announcement of the return by email or phone. After Ollie & Bommel receives the return shipment, the order amount will be paid back excluding shipping costs within 10 days. Transfer
costs will be paid by the customer. Returning is not possible if:
garments are worn and/or washed;
the customer tried to fix damage on garments himself;
The customer is responsible for the return shipment. Ollie & Bommel trusts the customer to send items back in the same way they were received. Shipping costs will under no circumstances be paid by Ollie & Bommel.
if the garment was in the sale;
Complaints about items or delivery must be received by Ollie & Bommel within 5 days after delivery per e-mail at info@ollieenbommel.nl
. Ollie & Bommel will contact the customer to discuss the complaints and to take actions if needed.
Shipping costs for returned items will always be paid fully by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the items until they are delivered back to Ollie & Bommel.
